I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online.
In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess

“Lovely property maintained beautifully. The room has a balcony overlooking the Hudson. I could have spent the rest of the summer there just gazing out at the water, the hills, the sky.
The very deep, generous, oval tub is another feature to be enjoyed.
I really recommend this place if you want to stay somewhere that's not a cookie cutter copy of many other corporate hotel destinations.”
