“Unfortunately, the room didn’t make the best first impression. On arrival, there were two used bath sheets and a T-shirt left by the front door. Once inside, I noticed hairs throughout the carpet, on the bed and around the room. “Mi estancia, que no ha sido la primera, ha sido estupenda. Me alojo ahí por trabajo y bastantes de mis colegas eligen este hotel. Buena comunicación para llegar al aeropuerto de East Midlands. Cerca de restaurantes, bares, etc. El Personal muy amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo y además me volveré a alojar allí de nuevo. ”

Advised there was a good restaurant just down the road (15 min walk) which we visited and had a very tasty meal. Left in the morning too early for breakfast, but not host’s fault. Very good nights sleep. Plenty of parking. Road to airport a bit narrow and windy, but we made it in plenty of time. Would recommend.”

“Rooms are fine, poor restaurant but reception staff I would say that if were nobody would be even a better experience. I won’t repeat There’s no transfer to the airport and if you need a taxi, good luck! And don’t ask at reception, no help at all”

“Great stay in a great location.”

I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...
