“Personal muy amable, un hotel muy cómodo!”

“Very nice place and personnel ”

“Stunning views, weak on privacy and upkeep Two nights as a solo traveller at a premium rate. The view is spectacular, the bathroom excellent, and I liked the free use of a bicycle and quad bike to reach the private beach. Breakfast is included; dinner is pricey at around 30 euros a head. My main issue: staff entered my occupied room twice without permission. The first time the front desk knew I was inside, as I had just checked in. I had headphones on and did not hear the knock, but no answer...

“Disgusting hotel, the rooms are incredibly dirty, they don't clean up after the previous occupants. The bathroom is filthy, there are hairs and stains everywhere, from the floor to the bed linens. I moved out the next day.”

“Hotel cerca de la playa, habitación y servicios gran calidad y comodidad.”

“Wunderbarer Service. Sympathische und hilfsbereiter Staff! Sehr zentrale Lage und für jedes Problem bieten sie eine Lösung.”

“The hotel is very nice, well located, excelent staff, very clean, confortable, good food.”

“I had a great week at Porter hotel. The best part of the hotel is the staff, they’re all so friendly, helpful and make the stay extra special. The room was cleaned every day and had everything I needed. The food at the hotel is really good, in fact I think the best meals I had on my trip were at the hotel. If one criticism I would say the immense amount of noise from the building site Nextdoor made it too noisy to be at the hotel during the day which was unfortunate and a bit disappointing. I...

“Excellent property and location. Kind staff. Absolutely recommend”

“Our stay at Hotel Déjama in Lombok was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, manager Mansyur took care of every tiny detail and made us feel completely at home — that level of genuine hospitality is rare to find. The food deserves its own special mention: beautifully presented, high-end quality that rivals fine dining, yet incredibly affordable. Every dish felt like it came from a chef who truly cares about the craft. The property itself is impeccably clean and tastefully...

“We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Our room was beautiful, the pool was a life saver and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view from our room and the restaurant are exactly what the photos show, stunning and beautiful. We enjoyed the food, the massages and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Its a bit of a drive to any of the main shopping areas but very much worth it for the peaceful and private location of this resort. We are already planning a trip back.”
