Very very basic hotel at the airport. We stayed here as our flight was a 6 am. The room was very small and noisy, dining options were very poor and the food was not great. They have a bar but you can’t get a glass of wine. Would not recommend based on our experience.

Séjour d'une nuit très agréable. Notez juste qu'une chambre comme la nôtre (très confortable) ne proposait pas d'ouverture de la fenêtre.

I’d maybe consider elsewhere…

Friendly and speedy check in however badly let down with the service/ quality in the restaurant. Wrong order delivered at lunch, evening meal portions were child size and then a mix up over dessert. Following morning breakfast was terrible. 8 times for bread to go through the toaster before it was cooked, eggs under cooked and coffee cold. Very poor indeed.

Skønt (kort) ophold

Vi var på en enkelt overnatning på hotellet Billigt og rigtig godt til prisen. Ekstrem god og venlig service. Man skal dog ikke gå sulten på restaurant der. Vi var uheldige at få den ene ret efter 40 minutters ventetid og den næste en time senere. Service er i top, køkkenet kunne godt bruge noget optimering. Værelset var praktisk og funktionelt til vores behov.

Great location and would normally be okay

Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.

Ok stay but very noise

The stay was ok, but if you are a light sleeper bring your earplugs cause you hear everything from the corridors and nearby rooms. The staff in the reception very helpful and smiley, on the other hand restaurant staff needs lot of training. Good airport transfer.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt

Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Swiss-Belcourt in einem kleinen, aber feinen und ausreichenden Zimmer verbracht. Wir kamen spät am Abend und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den nächsten Tag wurde sogar die Mietwagenfirma kontaktiert, so dass wir das Auto direkt am nächsten Morgen im Hotel entgegen nehmen konnten. Vielen Dank.

Pænt lufthavnshotel

Pænt lufthavnshotel til en enkelt overnatning. Priserne på mad og drikke ligger i den lidt høje ende, når man tager kvaliteten i betragtning. Fik kyllingevinger og blæksprutte ringe, der mest bestod af panering. Jeg var der en lørdag aften og der var hyret et par musikanter, der gjorde det helt godt. Hyggelig aften.

I would like to make a note of Ricky, whom after I had an awful experience at your airport, calmed me down and took me to the store for some beer. Your hotel is very convenient for a pass thru onto islands. Would definitly recommend. I don't know if you can do anything with the cab driver problem. My first stop in Indonesia was Jakarta. I am a single female traveler, and must always be aware of my situations. There, I was swarmed by at least 50 taxi drivers. I said no so many times and they kept coming. I wanted the shuttle bus and a taxi driver said it would be an hour wait, while the bus was 20 feet away, another whole i was boarding the shuttle asked if i wanted a taxi. I asked him if he was stupid? This being my first encounter with your counrty, i thought this place is awful. It was but true at all. Your people are kind and wonderful. Until..I arrived at Lombok airport where the situation with the taxi drivers was the same. They were so upsetting to me. These people are the first encounter visitors have with your country and it is the worst impression. Please Swiss Lombok pass this message on to someone to fix this problem. The staff at your hotel are exceptional and kind, as was evety single other person. I hope you will take my advise.
