“Cuando llegamos al hotel , en vez de darnos la habitación que habíamos reservado nos dieron a elegir entre dos de categoría inferior. Nos quejamos y al final nos dijeron que había un problema con el agua caliente en la que habíamos reservado y por eso nos ofrecían una habitación inferior, sin embargo no nos hacían ningún descuento en el precio. Nos quedamos en la que realmente habíamos reservado y el agua caliente funcionó los 9 días que pasamos allí ; sin embargo la taza del baño estaba rota y...
