Hotel Zephyr has a great location that’s convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and being close to the waterfront and nearby attractions was definitely a plus. That said, the rooms felt quite dated and could benefit from some updating. While they were functional, they didn’t match the modern, vibrant feel of the hotel’s common areas. Unfortunately, the customer service was also underwhelming. The staff wasn’t particularly warm or welcoming, and interactions often felt more transactional than hospitable. A friendlier, more attentive approach would have made the overall experience much more enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Zephyr is a decent choice if location is your top priority, but there is room for improvement in both the accommodations and the level of service.

This is a unique hotel at a great location on the wharf. Uniquely decorated and staff are very nice.
