I tend toward smaller hotels- this one was perfect for me. Friendly informative front desk. It has the winning unbeatable combination of location, views, cleanliness, quiet, and staff. Also I am a traditional person, I tend toward early American furniture ~ my room had a colonial bed frame and matching nightstands. The drapes were a gorgeous green with a modern sheen.. the drape layer and then layer of fine cream colored sheers ~ big closet, cute small galley kitchen with sink, refrigerator & microwave, and coffee maker ready.. the bathroom has both a tub and a large shower ~ very clean and shiny. Also the windows opened all the way for fresh air.. Yes, I’m a new Fan! Also their lobby is beautiful - great areas to sit inside and outside- bay view or city view, etc. felt like I was home ~ it was just right. I did the miss breakfast but coffee was great! It’s family owned, I love that part too! Thank you for being you! I’ll be back 🐦‍⬛🎶

Our stay was fine but noisy. Maybe it was the location of the room but we heard sounds coming from the rooms above, the bar below, and down the hall during our entire stay.

The staff was great and the room was small but perfect for me. I really liked the location and the price was very reasonable. The shower is a bit small but still very doable for me. The bed was comfortable, there was air conditioning to keep things fresh after being gone most of the day. It’s more of a budget hotel but definitely on the high end of budget.

We had a great stay at the Seaside Inn, The room was clean, the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, and the location was excellent. Quick walk to Equator Coffee for breakfast and from there a beautiful walk along the waterfront to Fisherman's wharf to check in with Chonkers at Pier 39. Nice shops on Chestnut and Union streets (Lombard is basically a highway). Street noise was not an issue.
