“We were a bit disappointed with this. I’d say the pictures on the site are very flattering. We arrived in the evening to lots of building and maintenance materials outside the front and in the entrance area. Not the best start. The member of staff who met us was pleasant and helpful. The room was only ok, clean enough but not great. It was just for one stopover for an early flight and the location for that purpose is good. “Was sent away and had a hard night due to a surprise £100 deposit that’s never listed which gets returned 4-5 working days later . I asked for a refund of the room and was denied and sent away. Very horrible hotel Would sue”
