“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They even made a pizza for me for lunch outside the lunch time hours, and it was very nice.
Everything was clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately my room smelled smokey, probably because of an unused fireplace. Also the chairs on the deck were broken and dirty, they need to be replaced. I fell through the torn seat.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and I felt it was good value for money.”

“This place is a real enigma: accommodation is excellent, lovely large, clean well appointed room and bathroom but the entertainment/ restaurant/ pool centre was my idea of hell. (Resembles a very busy food court in a noisy overcrowded mall).
The whole complex is in a bad location in a beautiful area.
Not sure what the target demographic is but it definitely didn’t do it for us.”

“Despite a band playing I was able to get an early night's sleep.
The room was a classic old hotel room,high ceilings,excellent space ,only a bed and bedside table. Locks were modern and secure. No lifts but a lovely old lace railed verderah.
On-site parking which freed up once attendees at an afternoon function left.
Easy to find by GPS and likewise to access off freeway. Bistro prices not cheap but children's werves reasonable and sufficient. Communal bathrooms adequate but require more...
