Vacations Close To Rancho Simi

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, it is an old hotel, but they’ve tried to maintain it well, but was very comfortable as are the pillows and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean. Hotel holds a $150 PER NIGHT incidental fee…seems a bit much to me. Also, the little convenience store on the 1st floor sells microwaveable meals…with no microwave in the store nor the rooms. You have to give your items to the front desk clerk to have them heated. Huge inconvenience. One last thing, hotel allows smokers to sit right outside the front door.

Management refuses to answer our calls and emails regarding a clogged sink that was overflowing onto the floor during mine and my partner’s stay. We weren’t able to be relocated due to a fully booked hotel, which is understandable, but they are refusing to compensate us for the inconvenience. Don’t stay here.
