“Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely stay again! The rooms were nice and cosy, great food options, quiet location, friendly staff and only a few minutes drive from car parks to walk in the New forest. Highly recommend”

“I have just stayed at The Fighting Cocks for the weekend. Unfortunately we choose the weekend of the A31 closure and the New Forest fires! Resulting in a lot of traffic passing the pub. Not their fault. The staff were very helpful and friendly the room was great, clean and comfortable and breakfast was included and really tasty. We had an evening meal on the Saturday which was ample and reasonably priced. All in all a great little stop over.”

“Wonderful pub, full of character in very peaceful setting. Lovely bright room looking out on the garden and you can hear the sound of the birds. Good well-appointed en-suite with easy to use shower. Only 26 minutes drive to Stonehenge!”
