“Our stay was just ok. The trash was still full and in the kitchen from the previous guest, there were dead roaches, there were dirty popsicle sticks by the pool. The coffee machine didn’t work either. A staff member did drop a different one by after I let them know. We also had the doorbell ring at 2am and wake everyone in the house… apparently this is common when the batteries run low? Seems like they should be routinely changed to prevent that from occurring. None of these issues are big, but...

“Amazing position with stunning views on the same complex as St Bernards Hotel. 3 equal King bed Bedrooms with ensuite, beds and linens 1st Class quality but we were surprised by how thick ALL the pillows were. It's a new build well-appointed and is furnished well but could be so much more homely with at least a couple of lounge cushions and throws a rug or 2 and bedside lamps, sadly it lacked " soul ", but these minor details would prevent us staying again as 3 couples. “Hamilton Islamd was a dream, the buggy made getting about a breeze. The accommodation is great, spacious and we had a few lovely BBQs on the balcony, it is quite tired in places but was spotlessly clean, with enough dishwasher/laundry detergent to last our holiday and we loved our time there.”

“The location and size of the place was great! However, the beds were mediocre and the kitchen was minimally stocked and even the bottle opener didn't work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, it just needs some updates on the basics in the kitchen and the beds.”

“It was very tired it smelt musty and a lot of damage that wasn’t fixed. We felt it would have been amazing when newer but very expensive considering it needs a refresh. The towels and bed were great. ”
