“Listing said non-smoking room but when we got in all the furniture including the bed smelled like cigarette smoke. The air coming out of the A/C also smelled like cigarette. The location was great and communication with staff was good however it was not worth the price”

“The experience was not good in all. The bathroom toilet was leaking, informed but no action. The shower cabin was not good, the glass door was bumping into the cabin itself. The dining chairs were stained, had to inform about this also. Otherwise who know if they charge you from your deposit. The bathtub was filthy. The toilet supply was not adequate for 2 days in a 3 bed flat. You can find better places for this price.”

“The property itself is very well positioned. We stayed in an apartment on the 30th floor with excellent (though slightly obstructed) ocean views. The balcony and floor to ceiling windows were lovely. The property was very clean and for the most part very comfortable. We felt the kitchen was poorly equipped for a 2 bed apartment. “We booked the poolside superior studio room for our short break at Palm Cove. The studio was clean and free of odours. It was furnished with a king size bed and a small walk-wardrobe. The bathroom was spacious and well lit, and there were no musty old bathroom smells, which is a bonus! A bus stop conveniently located around the corner and walking distance to the beach and stretch of cafes and restaurants on the main road. The check-in hours listed on the itinerary differed from those provided by the establishment, which caused a minor delay, but nothing unmanageable.
