“These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

“This was my first visit to KK (and Asia!) and what a welcome the staff at CJ Residence provided. Given their location in the heart of downtown amidst the hustle and bustle, a first time visitor might have troubles finding the Residence. However, they sent me their whatsapp contact in advance of my trip, and subsequently sent very detailed instructions on their location. “ガヤストリートや、アイランドホッピングのフェリーターミナルからも近く便利な立地です。 ホテル自体は新しくないですが、お部屋は清潔で毎日清掃をしてもらって気持ちよく過ごせました。ランドリールームがないですが、ホテルからすぐのところにある24時間ランドリーを利用することで不自由もなく、近くにコンビニ（セブンイレブンやオレンジ）、ケンタッキーなどもあるし、隣のショッピングモールに換金場所もたくさんあるので非常に便利。 ガヤのマーケットで夜ご飯を買い部屋ですぐ食べることもできるし、ホテルの朝ごはんも美味しそう（食べていませんが）でしたので、不自由なく過ごせます。”

“受付がどこなのか分かりづらかったです。 一名、担当の方がいて、対応してもらいました。その方はとても親切でした。 15時までチェックインできないと思っていましたが、早めにチェックインできたので助かりました。荷物の預かりをしていなかったので、もしチェックインできなければ、荷物の置き場所に困ったと思います。 ロビーが利用する人数の割に狭いので、椅子が十分ではありませんでした。 ホテルは清潔に保たれてはいましたが、下水の臭いがすることと、シャワーの水圧が弱いことが残念でした。 今回の部屋にはランドリーの設備があったので、水着を洗濯できてよかったです。 チェックアウト後の荷物は、スーツケース1つにつき、5RMで預かってもらえました。カードキーと料金をスーツケースの上に置いておくと、希望した時間にロビーまで持って降りてもらえました。チェックアウトが大変スムーズだと感じました。 よくも悪くも値段相応だと思います。”
