Tiny room, no kettle , no fridge. Air con didn’t work. Rude staff in reception. One lift it’s absolutely joke. Other 2 turned off. Breakfast good.

Efficient check in and out. Clean room, Breakfast was good. Staff were great.

Hotel Bellotto was exceptional. We were so pleased! From the staff’s professionalism to the hotel’s amenities, we loved our stay. The cafe and restaurant on site were tasty and provided great options and ambiance on-site; the spa and fitness amenities were wonderful; the rooms were clean, bright and spacious. We loved the Guerlain bath products and the overall scent was so lovely.

The hotel is very nice and centrally located and we loved everything about it, the staff, the amenities, the decorations, the rooms, the beds, etc. We have a hard time finding something we did not like. Warsaw is beautiful as well.

We had a fantastic stay at Flaner hotel! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was very modern and comfortable. The hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of downtown and the old town! Though did not have time to try the restaurant, but I can say the bar is exceptional!
