The food at the all-inclusive was not good. A lot of the fish was out not cold. The refill on the food that was available to eat was not refillable for some reason or another. I understand they have to use recycle cups, but I think we got some kind of bug so we had to leave early because we got sick.

We had an awesome stay. The staff is very friendly. They have a lot of entertainment love that the café is open 24 hours. Sergio made our stay very fun. We look forward to coming back. Our room was amazing with a perfect view. The games at the pool were very entertaining for all the guests. Miguel often came to check up on us. Make sure that we did not need any drinks it was a very good vacation.

The room was the best part. Very clean and comfortable. Most of the staff is very kind and helpful. The only thing that seemed a bit off to me was that they seemed short staffed. The bars only had one Bartender so the lines to grab more drinks were a little long and the bartenders seemed to be overworked and overwhelmed.

Even though parts of the hotel is under construction and other parts are a little run down, this is a relaxing spot for families at a great cost. Customer services is great and the view is amazing. Very close for a walk outside the hotel with shops and restaurants to visit.

The resort was very clean and the staff were friendly and amazingly helpful. Our room was clean and had a great view oc the water and mountains. There was a lot to do during the day as they had an entertainment team who were all getting involved in the activities. This is our second time staying here and we would stay again. Thank you.

Liked the open bar and 24 HR cafe. Did not like pool. Did not smell like Clorox and my son got an eye infection from the pool. I was told they don’t clean every day due to the rain season. Saw dirty used tampon hanging from pool ladies restroom. Water park was not working. They said under construction but never saw any construction. I mainly booked resort because of water park for kids. Rooms need to be updated. Beds are old. Furniture needs to be updated overall.

We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. Hospitable, but not in your face, helpful when asked. The serving staff in the restaurants seemed to not understand good service gains better tips, we just started tipping in the beginning of the meal and things rolled smoother. Aside from that, the food was 100% good, and authentic as we have come to expect from Puerto Vallarta, the view was very impressive, and the proximity to everything was very good. I would stay here again, maybe brush up on my Spanish though as it is popular with locals as well.

I had the most pleasant and courteous staff during my visit. I had to make some changes and they were very accommodating. Lupita and Diego were very professional and helpful at the front desk but truth to be told, everyone I encountered, from housekeeping to the restaurant staff were very polite. Thank you!

I had a great time at this resort in the last week. The stay was great for the most part. However, it could be more updated, have more dining options, and the property could improve on the cleanliness.
