Food is great. Staff is friendly. Aerial view/pictures of property and pools are deceiving as it includes both dreams and secrets (they are right next to each other). Dreams resort section is actually quite small and showing its age (pool towels are old and frayed). Only one dining option with partial ocean view.

Why too many weddings with loud music till 10:30 most evenings. Many of the restaurants were closed. On some evenings only 2 of 5 were open. They no longer cook lunches outside. That used to add variety to the food. Also the no longer cook outside for the morning buffet with selections of coffees. Before Hyatt they always had a greater variety of restaurants open. Now it is not so special.

Went down the week before Christmas and the entertainment was amazing from the pool crew to the nighttime entertainment! We had been to a couple other resorts in Vallarta and this one became our new favorite! Also the service is beyond amazing! Felt beyond welcomed and felt nice to see a smile with everything the staff did! The pools were not crowded even the swim up bar section water was nice and warm!
