No me gustó que anteriormente era un hotel tranquilo y solo para adultos y hoy se volvió familiar y la tranquilidad fue nula. El hotel no está preparado para recibir niños

Absolutely enjoyed this place! The view, the well manicured grounds, the pools, beach just steps away made this an ideal place to relax and enjoy the views! A very attentive staff that made our stay fantastic! I have only one complaint, and that is more to the initial description of the Hotel on Expedia, that it was an Adult All Inclusive. It was a great All Inclusive but there were several families with kids. Although the kids were all great and we had a wonderful time, Expedia needs to remove the Adult Hotel description.

Yo reservé porque decía no niños y la verdad no me agradó que no se dijera la verdad, si no no hubiera reservado y en la parte de arriba de mi habitación como que estaban remodelando porque mucho ruido en la noche la primera después les comenté y como que se aplicaron y dejaron de hacer ruido x la noche, en cuanto al hotel las instalaciones limpias y el personal muy a amables

All inclusives sometimes make me nervous about the food / drinks / service but all were amazing. The poolside food service had a large variety of food that was good! Not just the typical burgers and hotdogs. The drinks were real drinks with legitimate alcohol brands and fruit. All the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The only note would be that they do not offer a lot of a la carte restaurant options but that did not matter to me and my family. We ate well at the buffet and had no issue with it. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

very nice accommodations fairly remote accessible via Uber or taxi. Staff was lovely. Food was good and very daily would have liked more restaurant options and more entertainment during the week however, overall very nice relaxing exclusive location will definitely visit again.

Buen hotel. La atención de los jefes es el ideal del hotel pero no se lleva acabo por los meseros , barman ama de llaves etc.Todos se le olvida su trabajo y se disculpan mas q por hacer au trabajo. Pero estan muy atentos a corretearte en los horarios q estan por cerrar (restaurant , alberca gym) pero abren tarde, pa asignar mesa se tsrdan como si fueran muchas mesas … Los q atendien la playa muy buenos en especial Jaime Hotel q parecia muy bueno se quedo en solo bueno

Internet never worked, fridge didn’t get drinks cold. We asked twice for solutions and didn’t get none or any interest on solving. The property is amazing, accesible to everybody, nice pools, beautiful beach. Could use more staff at the restaurants.

En general estuvo bien a secas, la atención del personal de recepción y concierge fue buena pero desafortunadamente tuvimos varias malas experiencias con la comida, una vez estaba muy desabrida, la siguiente fue en el menu japones que estaba saladisimo y en una ocasión a la carta que esperamos por mas de una hora y nunca nos sirvieron, creo que es algo en lo que podrían mejorar. Fuera de eso, todo bien con la habitación y amenidades.
