I love the service and friendly staff, everyone at the Hyatt ziva was amazing, I also enjoyed the private beach, the buffet was great especially Cesar a cook at the seafood station area. Positives: The setting was very picturesque and romantic. Room and view was amazing, private beach was perfect, strolling between all the pools was very relaxing, cafe was great for coffee, interior design modern and hotel recently renovated. The staff was soooo nice! Negatives: The food was just ok (definitely Blaze was the best, esp for breakfast), and there was a lack of adult ‘sexy spaces’. No night club. Bars only at the pool and sports bar, and the DJ didn’t show up on Saturday night. We were in bed by 10:30, which is not usually what we want on vacation.
