100% get the all inclusive, this is the first experience I’ve had with an all inclusive resort in Mexico that has excellent food, if you don’t get all inclusive you’ll spend a lot more so it’s worth it. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, overall vibe is chill. Guests are mainly mid 30s and older. Location is very nice. Avoid the member presentation it’s 4 hours long and they will tell you it’s roughly 70 minute and that it’s not a time share but it’s basically a time share. Save your time, I lost 4 hours of my day, unless you actually want to sign up. Would definitely stay again.

Great place good drinks good food. Beautiful view. Italian restaurant was good. I will say they will pitch a membership and burn up 3 4 hours of your day trying to sell it to you. I would try to avoid that.

This is a beautiful property perched high above the jungle overlooking the water. The staff and facilities were impeccable and the food was delicious. I would stay here in the future.

The property is a 5 diamond resort and they definitely live up to those expectations! Clean rooms and well-stocked mini bar. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The outdoor balcony on our ultra suite (6th floor, north tower) was TO DIE FOR!!! And both rooftop pools (north and south tower) had the best food. All restaurants on property were 10/10!!! NOI, DAO, and Hiroshi did not disappoint or miss a beat.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hotel Mousai. The staff was incredible, the food was yummy, the rooms and views were amazing. Everything was so clean and elegant and they treated us like Royalty.
