Staff is the star of the stay at this resort - Brianda, Chew, Adrian, Jamie, Vanessa, Alfonso - outstanding! Equinox bar and pool - well worth the extra, if not for this area and the staff I don't know if we would return. Definitely need at least one other food option for evening meals - fine if your only staying a week, anything over that we were looking for other options!

We were given the North Tower and we had a few bugs but nothing that really bothered us. Made sure to keep food in fridge and not out. No sun at pools until late and very hard to get a chair by the pool as there are none on the beach. Quite crowded. Food was good. Kids club was ok - we just sat around their pool with our little ones. had some sun there and lots of chairs so this was nice. Gorgeous view from the room and saw wales. Would not go back but I do love southern Vallarta.

Rooms were clean, staff was wonderful and friendly, views were AMAZING! Lots of whale watching from our balcony. Drinks were great! Bartender Adrian at the pool bar was a drink artist. Food was ok. Not much seasoning used, so it was pretty bland. Italian resturant was the best place for dinner, but we did end up having some wonderful food at a restaurant in the city center.

The variety of activities on premise were great. Our family enjoyed the mix of cultural, entertaining, and fun activities, including the Mexican dancers, circus, foam party, Beach volleyball, fire show, and the traditional ritual. The food was okay. I was expecting more or longer line ups based on other reviews but they weren't bad half the time we got in right aways. The beach was nice, with decent snorkeling, lots of small fish. I even saw a ray. During our stay we saw whales and dolphins from the beach. The cleaning and maintenance staff were very quick to respond. Uber to PV cost about $140 pesos. It's nicely located to travel to PV, Botanical Garden, or Boca de Tomatlan. Don't expect this resort to be too relaxing, there's music playing throughout the day in the pool area. Although it is calmer and quieter before 9am. There is a quieter adult area in the top floor which we checked out but couldn't stay since we didn't pay for whatever extra that was or were for special members.

This was truly the best vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely unreal — a huge variety, outstanding quality, and every meal felt special. A big thank you to the head chef and to everyone working in the restaurants and bars — your work made this experience unforgettable. The location is simply perfect. One of the most beautiful bays in Puerto Vallarta, with stunning views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were incredible — spacious, modern, extremely comfortable, and spotless. Everything was designed for relaxation and comfort. This place has it all: amazing food, exceptional service, breathtaking views, and unforgettable vibes. We will absolutely come back here again without a doubt. Highly recommended.

The room was nice and always clean. Good mattress’s and pillows. Staff bent over backwards to please us. Curtious, happy and VERY FRIENDLY. There are negatives. Very small property. No where to walk. Only around the pools. Sun doesn’t get to the only side you sit at until one or two in the afternoon. By that time it’s really hot. So that was bad. Not enough restaurant choices fir food better than the buffet. We ate in the Italian restaurant lots of times. It was the best good. A good place for families. Not sun lovers.

The resort is a little gem. The staff was friendly. The only issues I had were, the ATM was out of order, there was no currency exchange, and the worst was the loud music until 11pm every night. You can hear everything in the hallways and outside. There were plenty of things to do. We had a romantic dinner on the rooftop and it was perfect.
