The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time at the adult pool and frequently interacted with the staff for free beer/drinks. Vicky was the best and always had a great attitude and smile for me! Valet staff was also very fast and helpful.

The entire staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had about events or dining. What a fabulous place and great team run by the Palladium group. The Bell Desk team was super helpful on check in and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Concierge service was always there waiting to answer our questions. Highly recommend you go to this resort with a fabulous Surf Spot also included Thanks Michael Larson & Family

We had an incredible family vacation at Grand Palladium Vallarta. Our concierge Justo made sure we had reservations for all the restaurants and several sweet bonuses, including sparkling wine in our room. Highly recommend this resort for family fun- the shows are excellent, the beach is clean and beautiful, and the swim up bar keeps the parents happy ;)
