We had a great time at Grand Palladium Vallarta! The staff was amazing, the pools were great, and the shows at night for the kids were so good. Josue, our butler, was fantastic and was very attentive, giving us the schedule of the day every morning and whenever we had a request, he made sure we got what we needed. We will definitely be going back!

The room was clean, the staff was excellent always accommodating, our Family selection Butler Josué always went above and beyond. Our daughters spilled chocolate on her dress the first night and Josué offered to bring a tide to go pen from off the resort and bring it to us.

This was our second time staying at this resort in the Family Selection with a large group and lots of kids, and both visits were excellent. A huge part of that is thanks to Josue, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The Nest is fantastic, and Carlos at the pool was an absolute joy every single day—his energy and care made our experience exceptional. The pool bar bartenders were also consistently fantastic. We will absolutely be back, largely because of the outstanding service from Josue, Carlos, and the incredible bar team.

Staff was incredible, lots of activities for the kids and the family pool and beach are top notch. Only complaint is the food isn’t that good, one restaurant called The Nest is by far the best for breakfast and lunch, Buffett was horrible. Service and everything else makes up for it though!
