Our housekeeper, Yanet, was great. We loved our room, the food at the restaurant was really good, the views were impeccable. Our only problem was that guests reserved all the pool lounge chairs early in the morning. In the 11 days we stayed, we never could get a space by the pool until the evening.

Great quiet resort. Very clean and friendly service. Only negative is its far from everything but if you want to relax this is the place and if you want to go anywhere transportation is available but of course the cost adds up.

Property is kinda old and outdated. Furniture is old and ac unit was old and a little loud ,bedding and towels were nice and clean but this place is sold as an all-inclusive but units have like a kitchenette but no kitchen utensils at all. it has a coffee maker but no mugs neither coffe supplies like creamer and sugar were provided hell not even bottles of water. Most of all-inclusive resort have minibars with drinks. here, forget about it, just an empty fridge. Food buffet is very limited for all meals everything was very basic but honestly it had good flavor. The best was the specialty dinner restaurant it was the best. But about the bar and alcoholic drinks it was a little poor. Just imagine red label Johny walker wasn't included 😳 😕 😬 . And the pics about the beautiful beach were kinda deceiving. Because it seemed that it was a sandy beach but 80% was river rock it was hard to walk to the little sandy part at the end. But once you get into the water it was nice and warm, a little steep though. Overall the experience was ok. Not great for our first time here. The service people was nice and helpful. I think for the price you can get a better deal.
