Vacations Close To Kure Beach Pier

The staff is friendly and check in process was very easy. I believe the front desk lady’s name is Trinity - she was very nice and helpful. She helped me check in an hour early at 2pm. I was very tired from traveling and she definitely helped me out and made the experience positive and great! I would definitely stay at this location again.

Convenient as the property is right on the beach. Book your chairs and umbrellas early.

We had such a wonderful stay. Super unique, cute room, comfy beds and the location was prime! Close to downtown yet tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood! The hospitality of the owners was amazing! Breakfast was delicious! This is an awesome BNB!

The Starlite was great.

Purchased the deluxe suite - it was filthy! Shower was nasty and bathroom had mold everywhere. Doors to the bathroom wouldn’t close or lock so if somebody walked into the bedroom they could see you using the toilet. They moved us to a room that seemed downgraded that again, FILTH! Still had the last people’s trash under the sink in the trash can that I had to empty because they “didn’t have anybody there until morning”. Nothing was offered for that either. Pull out couch looked like a mouse had been living in it. Yellow areas and holes in the sheets so we were all in the bed and couldnt use the sofa bed. Pillows were dirty and bed was lumpy! Bed also hung over the frame as if the frame was a queen but had a king mattress on it. They tried padding the fact they had massive amounts of boards under the bed holding it up. Shower also had a liner that let the water straight thru it so everytime you took a shower you had water everywhere to clean up. Air conditioner went out the second night so it was 80 degrees in the room all night and woke up and the stove wouldn’t work either. Gave us a meal for breakfast downstairs but didn’t tell us we were automatically going to be charged 20% for a tip! I would have rather had the additional $$ off the room but they wouldn’t do that either. Asked for some sort of compensation and they gave me $150 off of a $1400 stay and wouldn’t even waive their resort fee. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody!
