Nice older Motel right on the beach. Good dealfor ocean front room. Had a small efficiency room. Kitchen was fully stocked. The front desk staff was great. All of the staff was friendly. Would stay again. The beach access and the pool was also a nice amenity.

The view from our balcony was excellent. The room was dated and musty, but the AC worked well and the bathroom was clean. The ro om looked clean, but a sock from a previous guest was sticking out from under one of the beds. There are no nightstands.

Room was very clean, quiet, ocean front was REAL ocean front, location, bed, AC, TV, kitchenette, was great. NO elevator however. 3 floors of stairs in 95° is not fun. Parking is trying for larger vehicles. Price for ocean front seems good. Beach is very good, no issues with noise or unruly people.

Our stay at the Sand Dunes Motel was such a pleasant experience. The staff were so helpful and kind, the rooms were clean, and the beach view (even on the first floor) was stunning. The pool was also very clean, and the beach access was very convenient. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
