No breakfast. Very clean & quiet. Front desk very helpful. I had to ask for the ironing board and the blow dryer. Other than that, everything was perfect great location close to everything within walking distance to Main St stores.

The reviews are true, this is a great place to stay. We based ourselves here as we explored the Cape. It’s a 10 minute walk to the port where you catch the ferries to Nantucket and the Vineyard. Main st Hyannis is the next street over. You really can’t beat the location. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and there was always plenty. The rooms are very basic, nothing fancy at all, no bells and whistles. Just a basic room with all the necessities for a decent stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel for exploring the Cape!
