Vacations Close To Cape Liberty Cruise Port

Good location, good price,

The room itself was nice, but unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay disappointing. The shower only had one glass door, which caused water to get all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. We had to use towels just to keep the floor dry. We requested additional towels from the front desk, but they didn’t seem sure about the request. I later called and was told that towels would be delivered to our room, but they never arrived. I waited until the next day and called again. They apologized and said someone would bring both towels and toilet paper, but once again, no one came. Luckily, we happened to see one of the housekeepers and were able to ask her directly. For a 7-day stay, there also wasn’t enough toilet paper provided, and we eventually had to purchase our own, which I don’t think should be necessary when staying at a hotel. Our room was on the first floor, and the noise was another issue. We could hear almost everything, and even after 11 PM it was still very loud, making it difficult to relax and sleep. Overall, the location is convenient, but for the price you’re paying, I don’t think the hotel is worth it. The property itself felt outdated, and the customer service was disappointing, especially considering that we had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities and still didn’t receive them. Unfortunately, this would be my last time staying here.

IFirst there was no front desk to check you in. Then it was explained that it was self check in but I would not give me check in information unless i paid an additional $30+. It was a scam from the host to collect more money

One of the best experiences I ever had

The hotel welcomes dogs. We could take Teddy everywhere. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is close to the beach and all restaurants. Our stay was good, but noticeably different than last time. Would’ve liked to see the staff more attentive in the lobby and at the front door. Greetings when entering and leaving were limited. The doormen were often on their phone and it would be appreciated if they hold the door open especially when pushing a stroller. When we left with a cart full of belongings, there was no offer to help load it onto our car. Pool area and grounds need to be cleaned up and organized overnight. Garbage should be removed from the lawn and pool area. Cushions should be placed into sitting areas.
