This is probably one of the better hotels I have stayed at . Incredible service and there is purified water at your convenience even in the bathroom. Very safe I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying on santa cruz island in the galapagos.

This hotel is adorable! I love that they provide 24/7 filtered water, coffee, and snacks. The location is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tour docks, yet it's situated away from noisy central areas.

Nice staff and location is good, but of course there's more noise because of it. Internet is spotty. We would stay there again and the Expedia Gold status was a plus.

The staff is absolutely amazing. So very relaxed and helpful. The breakfast is a full bery tasty breakfast and the woman preparing it is wonderful. They even sent us off with a bagged lunch when we left earlier than 7am and had light crackers and cookies available throughout the day. Location is very convenient. They even have a separate area accessible to guests on the waterfront that we found to relax and read. I highly recommend but if you have difficulty with stairs I would suggest not staying here as reception is one floor up.

One of the finest hotel I stayed so far. The staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are 5 star level hotel while you feel living in your own home. Excellent breakfast!

Fantastic Stay!

Fantastic staff and incredible stay! We splurged on this about a week before the trip after realizing the apartment we rented didn’t really capture our needs. The breakfast was delicious, very helpful staff that have discount coupons for some of the best restaurants on the island. The taxi service that you can add from the airport to the hotel made our arrival extra special. 10/10 would stay again!

This boutique hotel stands out among the crowd as it pays attention to the small details. Lovely bathrobes, slippers, small chocolates left by the maid. 24 hr access to coffee/ cold filtered water and small snacks. Staff even carry your luggage up to your room. Staff go above and beyond to provide a wonderful stay

A Great Stay

Hotel Cucuve was perfect for my 3-night stay on Santa Cruz. The room and bathroom were super spacious and clean and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The location is also super convenient, just a short walk to many attractions on the island. I highly recommend Hotel Cucuve.

Beautiful accommodations. Modern yet classic feel. Very clean. Matching robe and slippers was a luxurious touch. Perfect size mini bar and fridge. Our stay at Hotel Cucuve was great! The rooms were very nice and beds comfortable. The breakfast was great too - made to order eggs, fruit, bread, cereal, and other food options, plus juice and delicious coffee, The hotel manager and staff were very helpful and attentive, and they helped with logistics and any needs we had! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we return to Galapagos.

Excellent Hotel

Excellent hotel in downtown Puerto Ayora. Ana, the manager, was very helpful and took care of our every need. Breakfasts (handmade to order) were wonderful. Good location, very clean.
