Vacations Close To Promenade Bolingbrook

I enjoyed my stay at the LondonHouse. The property and room were very clean. The front desk staff was nice. Housekeeping was consistent. The bar staff were friendly but the staff at the rooftop bar could have been nicer. It was busy so I will give them grace but they were a little rude and I didn’t appreciate that considering I was staying at the property. I did not eat at the hotel to rate the food. The views from the vista room were amazing. I would stay again.

Great hotel in the perfect location as everything is walking distance. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is great. Only issue i had with the stay was the rooftop bar. Thought this was going to be a great spot to overlook the city but the view was average. Service at the bar was very poor. Went there a couple times with the first time we didnt get a server to come to our table for the first 15-20 mins of being there so I had to walk up to the bar to get my own drink. The second time we sat at a table and server took our drink orders but after 20 minutes of waiting for my drink to come out i had to speak with a manager. The manager was great at that point and was very apologetic and comped our drinks. Overall this was great stay but was very expensive 4 day trip.

I had booked an Executive Room months in advanced and when I got there they gave me a much smaller room then I was expecting

Beautiful hotel with wonderful views of city skyline. Very clean and close to attractions

Great location. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bed, peaceful bar area.
