“I misread the directions and ended up at the wrong door but a helpful man on the phone put me right straightaway. The room itself was great - clean and well-kept, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, good shower and the complimentary breakfast cereal and snacks were a nice touch. I had a very comfortable stay and will choose Winckley again.”

“Clean room, fairly comfortable.”

“Easy check-in, clean bathroom”

“The hotel is under going some renovations - which it sadly needs. We were shown to a room in an annex to the rear of the main hotel. The toilet was stained brown and there was a used bar of soap in the shower. The extractor fan didn't work and we had to wedge the bathroom door open to get rid of the steam. There was an old water leak stain on the ceiling which had started to develop mould. We were disturbed from around 6am every day except Saturday, by the sound of the water system each time anyone...

“Gorgeous apartment, clean & easy to access. Thanks for a great stay.”

“Exceptional property. The photos look good but don't do it justice. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds & pillows, soft fluffy towels. Well equipped kitchen lacking nothing. Often 6 berth properties have 6 of everything, for example here there were 12 mugs so not constantly washing up. Cafetiere and tea pots in two sizes. Little extras like sewing kit, tool kit and first aid kit appreciated. ”

“Perfect hotel”

“Simplemente espectacular.
