“Didn't use the spa / gym so can only comment on hotel. A thoroughly enjoyable stay with courteous, helpful staff. The facilities were splendid and the food (dinner and breakfast) was very enjoyable and well presented. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others!”

“I misread the directions and ended up at the wrong door but a helpful man on the phone put me right straightaway. The room itself was great - clean and well-kept, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, good shower and the complimentary breakfast cereal and snacks were a nice touch. I had a very comfortable stay and will choose Winckley again.”

“The hotel is set in lovely grounds and the premises are thoughtfully decorated, we found our room to be on the small side and rather cramped.
Staff were often absent from where you would expect them to be. For instance we found the bar to be unattended.1”
