Paying high dollar and not getting the service you get at any normal two star hotel is crazy. Paid daily room service (fresh towels and bedsheets) Paid room cleaning after stay (getting a signature on checkin and putting hold on credit card to get charged if room needs cleaning!) Unfriendly staff?! Never stay here again.

The check in process was smooth and the front desk was very helpful. The location is also convenient to a lot of activities on the strip and there are tons of food options nearby. While we had a good time, the room was dirty and a bit outdated. Our double bed room were two fulls which came to a surprise to us. There are very limited wall outlets, most of the outlets are in the lamps and the table space for more narrow as it ran down the wall. It is a weird design and hardly leaves any space for us to set things on. For the price, I would have expected more table space, and the settings on the TV for room service and check out weren’t working so we ended up ordering from Guy’s restaurant downstairs only to pay a $14.95 room delivery fee. I don’t think I’d stay here again for the price we paid.

Day 3 and no maid service. Had to call the front desk for clean towels. They acted like it was an inconvenience. Last two days, the maids show up at 6 and 7pm. Horrible stay

Room would not cool down, was told to come down and request a room swap and when I did after waiting in a long line, they told me they were fully booked.
