“This is a mixed review. The resort itself is beautiful, like staying in a private park. Incredible gardens and flowers ands landscaping. Ponds and pathways going everywhere and you can walk and bike in a beautiful environment. Our experience with the service was different. Starting at check in, there was a team of 3 people, and it was a little confusing, for example one person asking for passports at the same time another is giving me back a photocopy of my passport to sign.
