Good hotel in a great location for visiting Khao Yai National Park. Our kids loved the pool and the surrounding views are lovely. Ate at the Dome restaurant and the general hotel restaurant / pool bar. All were good. Breakfast was fine - buffet with a reasonable selection. The twin double bed rooms were fine for a family of 4 and were good value when we stayed. The beds were very hard (as they often are in Thailand) but the staff were happy to give us some extra duvets to sleep on.

A Wonderful Place

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean. I love the simple yet bright design, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed was the perfect size and firmness, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The lobby offered a thoughtful touch with complimentary welcome drinks for guests. The pool area was stunning, providing a serene oasis to relax and unwind. While the hotel's proximity to nature meant that lizards were frequently spotted in the lift lobby on the ground floor, I understood that this was unavoidable. Although I'm not a fan of lizards, I was glad that they were confined to the ground floor. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff, beautiful and well-maintained facilities, and comfortable accommodations. It's a true gem!

When first check in the hotel room, found that the shower area is full of THICK BLACK MOULD. The toilet bidet is dirty and rusty. The shower gel is empty and the housekeeper don't even check or bother to refill it . Have to personally go down to the hotel reception to feedback to fix all these issues as the phone line unable to reach the Housekeeper or Reception. When request for more drinking water, were been told that is chargable for 20 baht. The room cleaniness is bad too as can find spider web below the bed.
