“Very clean, excellent breakfast and the host was very friendly and helpful. ”

“A lovely b&b. Absolutely perfect for us. Would recommend anyone.”

“Sarah was an excellent host. She shared her restaurant recommendations and local attractions to visit. We were served a delicious breakfast each morning. The location was perfect as it was close to the harbour, beach, shopping, and the train and bus locations. Our stay in Weymouth turned out to be our favourite during our 2 week holiday. I highly recommend the Anchorage.”

“Top notch cleanliness. A most perfect hotel right on the seafront but also close to the harbour. Lovely couple running it, super friendly, attentive and determined that my stay is as perfect as it could be. This is hotel accomodation at its best. The breakfast is terrific with a great choice of fresh fruit and yoghurt. There's also granolas- three kinds! Plus regular cereals. You can pick from the generous selection of cooked foods. “Nice clean room, delicious English breakfast highly recommend”

“It was a pleasure to stay the night at the Town House, really lovely people and a bonus to chat over breakfast with another guest. A cosy, homely feel and definitely somewhere we'll book again”

“David and Lorna were lovely. Nice warm welcome and explained what was on offer and asked if there was anything that we needed. They were off on a short family break leaving the In Laws to cover Breakfast etc. Incl checking out and settling the bill 'if this had not already been done with David or Lorna before they had left'. Slight Communication breakdown we felt but overall had a fab stay. Reccommeded by us.”

“Han sido muy amables todo el personal. El hotel ests muy bien , y la comida es muy buena con buena relación calidad precio. Lo pasamos muy bien.”

“The Hotel was fine and the evening meal was excellent the only let down was the fact that the hotel has stopped serving breakfasts and also the windows from my room could do with a good cleaning.”

“Really friendly local pub, all staff friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Nice quiet area. The food was really good and the beds comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.”

“Geweldig verblijf gehad in deze geweldige Farm House met veel en lange historie in dit huis. De dames hebben wat paarden, ganzen, kippen en een hond in deze leuke Farm House. Prachtige heuvel met bezienswaardige kerk en uitzicht op dit kleine dorpje en omgeving. Let op alleen B&B; voor avondeten restaurant moet je even zoeken.”

“Kind and friendly owner/host. Lovely old house with original artworks, minutes from the quay.”
