“We liked the private hot tub, especially since the weather was too cold to swim. The room had a kitchenette, which we appreciated since there's no room service and it was 20 minute walk to town. A car is definitely needed for Sao Miguel. The room was cleaned very well, but people aren't very careful and we could see stains on the sofa even though the hotel is relatively new. They were able to get housekeeping to come out and assist. They gave us the code to the system and it did not work. We were able to access the lockbox key and use it to get in.
