Overall the hotel was great and the location was convenient and in a safe neighbourhood. We had a lovely stay with no issues and enjoyed the comprehensive breakfast buffet every day. Only unfortunate part was that the pool/roof top area was under refurbishment and so we didn’t get to enjoy this facility. Otherwise the Saldanha and Alameda metro stations, which were both in easy walking distance, and made travelling around the city very easy.

The property was in need of upgrades. Bathroom was extremely small where you could not even sit in the toilet. Getting in and out of the shower was very difficult. Overall it was a bad experience. The breakfast and the location close to the airport was the only good thing.

We had a 3 nights stay at Holiday's Inn hotel in Lisbon. We loved the location. The rooms are clean, but need more love, some stuffs are broken or not working. We had an air conditioning not working. Asked the staff to check this our but they never showed up. Breakfast is pretty good, not a fancy one, but had not a bad choice.

The staff are very friendly and ready to accommodate any request from the guests. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and easy to get around the city through the use of the Bolt app for transport. What I didn't like was the amenities are not automatically provided in the room. You had to request from the front desk the toiletries - service was prompt though. Overall, we had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Lisbon. We will gladly choose this hotel again on our next visits.

The rooms are very clean, bed was very comfortable, bathrooms were excellently clean. Cleaning staff did a great job of cleaning every day. Front desk was very friendly in particular. Hugo helped me correct extra person charge when my daughter shorten her trip and left earlier. Really appreciated the courtesy he showed. The elevator was under repair so only one functioning elevator. But that seemed to be adequate. I also really like the location close to the metro line station, for yellow line. There were many amenities nearby with restaurants, cafés shopping. All within walking distance of two blocks. Neighborhood was very safe.
