The front desk was great on check in. They gave additional information about the area. The pool was under renovation which was disappointing but it will be beautiful when complete. The breakfast was excellent! There were so many choices, well stocked and delicious. There are a lot of options in the area for shopping and food.

Staff was great. Bar area was good to sit and relax. Room was tightly spaced and could use some renovation. The tub in the bathroom room was not draining fast enough. They had to fix it the next day. Pool was out of service for the year which was my fault for not reading it while booking.

I booked this hotel for the only reason it had a rooftop pool. For a summer vacation this is what my family was looking for. They did not tell us that the pool was never opened for season until we reached there and the staff told us about. We were all disappointed. It was false advertisement that lured me to book this hotel. Lessons learned, call the property before booking.

The hotel was very well located and had an excellent breakfast buffet, as well as a very good dinner buffet. The bar was also very nice and had a great atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were very clean, and many attractions were within walking distance. And if not, you could easily grab a taxi to visit different locations around the city.
