Very dated hotel in desperate need of a deep clean. Mouldy and filthy bathroom, just one thin sheet on an old ripped mattress (I slept on the sofa, simply because I could wipe it clean), dirty glasses. On the plus side, the staff were very pleasant and friendly.

O atendimento é muito bom, funcionários muito cordiais e muito educados, chegamos e o quarto já estava pronto, inclusive com a cama auxiliar já pronta. Piscina muito boa. Quarto grande e confortável, porém com aspectos de muito uso e muita idade, principalmente tv, ar, frigobar e microondas. Café da manhã ok. No geral é um bom hotel, mas acredito que entrega um pouco menos do que os demais de mesma categoria e preço.

Avaliação – Pontos a serem considerados O hotel se anuncia como pet friendly, porém isso não se reflete na prática. Não há qualquer estrutura ou cuidado voltado aos pets: não disponibilizam pote de água, tapete, caminha ou qualquer tipo de recepção. Basicamente, o pet é apenas “tolerado” no ambiente, mediante a cobrança de R$ 70, apenas para permanecer no quarto. Os quartos são amplos, porém muito antigos e com zero manutenção. A televisão é extremamente antiga, sem acesso a Netflix ou qualquer aplicativo atual, o que compromete bastante a experiência. A área da piscina é outro ponto negativo. Em dias de calor, o ambiente fica excessivamente quente, pois a piscina é aquecida, trazendo uma sensação de sauna, totalmente desconfortável. Um ponto importante para quem pensa em passar o Ano Novo no hotel: apesar de ser um prédio alto, com vista para o foguetório do Gasômetro, o hotel fecha completamente todas as áreas externas, impossibilitando qualquer tentativa de assistir aos fogos. Diante de tudo isso, não indico o hotel para passar o Ano Novo, nem para quem busca uma hospedagem realmente pet friendly
