A equipe é bem atenciosa e o quarto muito espaçoso, mas o hotel precisa de reforma. Tudo bem velho é pouco funcional. Além disso o barulho das obras do lado incomodam um pouco em alguns quartos.

Precisa de muitos reparos e limpeza

O hotel precisa de muitos reparos, principalmente nos quartos. Fiquei no 205 e tudo parecia que faltava manutenção. O trilho do box do banheiro com muito lodo, horrível dava nojo. A toalha do piso estava dobradinha como se nova fosse, quando abri pra colocar no chão tinha duas marcas de pés sujos, do hóspede anterior provavelmente. O carpete sujo, as janelas do banheiro precisando limpar. Não tinha nada que você olhasse que tivesse 100% limpo ou novo. Tudo já meio velho, quebrado. Uma pena porque no geral o hotel parecia bem atrativo. A área da entradae a recepção enganam bem. Elevador bem pequeno pra quantidade de quartos. O quarto é grande mas antes fosse pequeno e renovado. O hotel também não possui restaurante então fora o café da manhã você não consegue nada ali. Ponto positivo: Os funcionários muito educados.

Excelente experiência no Piazza Navona

Excelente hotel, muito espaçoso, muito confortável, localização excelente, café da manhã de bastante qualidade, funcionários atenciosos e educados. Foi uma experiência realmente muito boa. Fomos em 3 pessoas, pegamos um apartamento completo duas suítes com sala e cozinha, 3 sacadas, 85m². Apto teve melhorias e manutenção, chuveiros ótimos, vista linda das sacadas . Voltarei .

Hotel antigo , quartos enormes, precisa de alguns cuidados , mas nada que impeça estadia boa. Atendimento de toda equipe maravilhoso, principalmente do Edu e Renan. Única deficiência , locais para refeição próximos. Tem que recorrer transporte.
