O check In era 14h, chegamos às 16h e tivemos que aguardar até arrumarem um quarto. Subimos pro quarto, entramos e estava sem limpeza após a saída do outro hóspede. Descemos a recepção novamente tivemos que aguardar mais um tempo até arrumarem um quarto. Pela manhã as 9h o pessoal batendo no quarto e nos acordaram, pedindo se queríamos serviço de quarto. Já estivemos outras vezes no hotel e sempre o atendimento foi excelente, dessa vez deixou a desejar. A única coisa que salvou foi o café e o atendimento do pessoal que estava no café.

O quarto estava impecável. Contudo, acredito que o único detalhe foi que no café da manhã há poucas opções sem glúten e sem lactose. O leite se lactose não fica aparente. Além disso, só fui descobrir sobre a opção de tapioca no final. Uma pena, se o garçom já tivesse avisado na chegada ou na recepção na hora do check-in já teria guardado essa informação. Obrigado!
