Estadia foi ótima, mas no memento que fui retirar meu carro, fiquei extremamente incomodada com a falta de estrutura para os manobristas. Essa semana fez um frio horrível com muito vento e eles ficam expostos sem nenhuma proteção. Hotel pode e deve investir nesse cuidadado com os colaboradores.

Considero um bom hotel, porém no nível dele tem hotéis melhores, Tv se quiser canais a cabo e preciso contratar pacote, ou você tem que ver Globo, Record e outras redes abertas. Café da manhã começa às 6:00 horas tive que voar as 5:30 horas.

Atenção aos detalhes

Cheguei quase meia noite e o atendimento foi bom na recepção. Porém o quarto que me colocaram foi de frente para a avenida e não consegui dormir direito por conta do barulho. Acho que faltou um pouco de leitura por parte da recepção no sentido de entender que alguém que está chegando a meia noite no hotel possivelmente está cansado, e então colocar em um quarto mais silencioso. Os travesseiros são desconfortáveis. O café da manhã atrasou mais de 30 minutos por conta de um problema na máquina de café, com isso atrasei para o meu compromisso. Já fiquei no Intercity outras vezes, e sempre tem algum detalhe a ser melhorado. Nas minhas próximas viagens a Porto Alegre optarei pelo Novotel ou Deville.
