O quarto eh extremamente velho, sujo e mal cuidado. A cortina eh pequena para a janela e toda furada. O banheiro tem paredes descascadas, tolhas puidas e manchadas.

Hotel simples. Resolveu para uma noite. Ducha muito boa, porém acústica ruim e camas pouco confortáveis. Gostei dos travesseiros mais finos, pois permitiam modelar para uma altura melhor. O Ar desligava sozinho, mesmo sem programação. O café da manhã era simples, porém bom. Atendimento rápido na recepção.

Bom atendimento e bem localizado.

O atendimento é ótimo, todos os funcionários com os quais conversei em diferentes turnos da recepção, eram prestativos e simpáticos. O hotel tem uma estrutura dentro da média de sua categoria. Fiquei hospedada no apartamento 806 e foi uma decepção, pois havia inúmeras coisas que necessitam de manutenção/reparo, esteticamente muito desagradável. Creio que outros apartamentos não tenham esse problema. Boa localização para quem quer explorar o centro histórico de Porto Alegre sem depender de meios de transporte.

Recepção esforçada mas nao respeitam ordem de chegada. Tive que esperar limpeza de quarto após 14h30. Camareira entra no quarto com a gente dentro e nem mesmo pede desculpas. Me parece um bom hotel, mas falta treinamento sério do staff.

Bom custo-benefício.

Quando cheguei fizeram um upgrade de quarto, então não sei quais as condições do que eu ficaria (a minha reserva era para o quarto mais barato disponível); o quarto que me colocaram era confortável e limpo. As mantas não estavam com um cheiro muito bom, parece que já estavam usadas ou guardadas por muito tempo. O hotel fica em uma região bem perto de uma Cracolândia, então é bom ter certos cuidados em relação à segurança. O café da manhã é farto, o chuveiro é maravilhoso, o atendimento de todos foi excelente! Quando necessário, não hesitarei em voltar. Bom custo-benefício.

De inicio me deram a chave de um quarto que ao entrar, já tinha hospede. Me sentir sem segurança, com receio de acontecer o mesmo com o meu quarto e outro hospede entrar no meu quarto. Toalhas sujas, amareladas, mal lavadas. Café da manhã com apresentação não agradavel, além que eu vi uma baratinhas pequenas no ambiente. Confesso que nao comi nenhum dia comida do hotel pois tive essa experiencia

Cama ruim, travesseiro de espuma, duro. Toalhas velhas, encardidas, parecendo pano de chão. Uma mantinha bem fina para cada cama, sendo que estamos no inverno. Ar condicionado barulhento. O recepcionista foi rápido e atencioso.

Que pena

Apenas tive problema com a Internet que não funcionou 4 dias, vindo a funcionar só no quinto(último) dia, depois de muita reclamação, quando viajamos necessitamos do uso da Internet para resolver algumas questões de trabalho, só consegui resolver poucas coisas no ultimo dia. Cheguei até usar meus dados móveis, porém consumiu quase tudo. Outra coisa, contratei um quarto duplo, porém, só deixava uma toalha, sendo insuficiente, visto que eram duas pessoas. Sugestão para o café da manha, que tenha pelo menos duas opções de sucos, pois nos primeiros dias só tinha suco de uva e no último apenas suco de laranja.

O atendimento da equipe do hotel foi, no geral, eficaz, cordial e prestativo. No check-in, um ponto negativo foi que tive que esperar bastante antes de ter meu quarto liberado, pois os recepcionistas não tinham certeza se meu quarto estaria limpo. Justificaram que o hotel estava muito cheio devido à Maratona de Porto Alegre. De qualquer forma, cheguei depois do horário do início do check-in. Logo, acredito que essa organização pode melhorar. No quarto estava tudo certo com exceção de três pontos: a janela do banheiro estava quebrada e não fechava completamente; os portas toalhas estavam quebrados e sujos de tinta; e, no box do banheiro a água empoçava muito, o que indicava que o ralo poderia estar parcialmente entupido. As camas eram confortáveis e tudo estava bem limpo. O espaço do quarto era muito bom. Serviço de restaurante muito bom no café da manhã e no jantar. Apesar dos pequenos inconvenientes, o hotel atendeu às minhas necessidades e pode melhorar facilmente com algumas manutenções simples sendo feitas.
