Middle of the road

Good hotel with pleasant staff however in the middle of nowhere. The only restaurant around is Domino’s. To top it off they don’t even offer a proper glass in your room. It was very fine plastic that crumpled when you held it. Toilet paper came out of a dispenser that ripped as you took it out. Really made you feel like they were cutting every corner possible. Very good breakfast.

Very friendly and nice hotel

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit - attentive, professional, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond by offering fantastic local recommendations that led us to some hidden gems we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. When we checked out, they graciously held our luggage while we spent the afternoon at the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The room was wonderfully quiet, allowing for peaceful nights of rest without any disturbances from hallway or street noise. The location is convenient, close to the Porto Alegre airport and shopping malls. The coffee and breakfast was very delicious and worth the small extra cost. While the bathroom was generally clean, I did notice some mildew in the shower area that could use attention. However, this minor issue was overshadowed by the overall cleanliness of the room and the excellence of everything else. The comfortable bed, well-maintained facilities, and pleasant atmosphere made for a highly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future.

Muito caro para o que oferece!

O hotel é padrão econômico, mas oferece o essencial. As instalações são boas, assim como o atendimento. Bom café-da-manhã. No entanto, ar condicionado/climatizados no inverno não tem opção de esfriar, ainda que o ambiente esteja quente. Ou seja, foram três noites passando calor. A explicação da recepção é que no inverno só tem a opção "esquentar ou ventilar", e que isso é motivo de reclamação dos hóspedes - mas nada parece fazer mudar a situação. Quanto à limpeza e arrumação dos quartos, deixa a desejar: pacote de salgadinho embaixo da cama de hóspedes anteriores e a arrumação da cama foi basicamente jogar a colcha sobre lençóis desarrumados. Resumindo: muito caro para o que oferece. Uma pena!

Calor insuportável no inverno

Estamos no inverno, mas mesmo com mais de vinte graus de temperatura, o ar-condicionado só funcionava para aquecer. Um absurdo não poder escolher uma temperatura agradável e ficar com calor, desconfortável e sem dormir. Quem tem sensibilidade a altas temperaturas não pode ficar nesse hotel de maneira alguma.

Ótima opção

Hotel de muito boa qualidade. Tudo muito limpo, bom atendimento, quarto pequeno, mas confortável, banheiro muito bom, chuveiro forte. Fiquei apenas um dia, mas gostei bastante. Achei uma boa localização, com mercado e opções de restaurantes próximas. Apenas um detalhe é que o estacionamento é pago, 30$ mais uma pequena taxa por dia.

1) O atendimento da Melissa foi primordial na escolha, antes de fazer a reserva fiz contato com o hotel e a colaboradora Melissa deu um Show. 2) Como estava a turismo a localidade é um pouco fora de mão de onde iriamos visitar 3) O hotel tem bastante informação para economia de agua, porem o chuveiro demora para esquentar oque causa desperdiço de agua 4) Hotel comum café da manhã satisfatório, nada demais, poucas opções frutas e apenas duas qualidades de pão
