A great spot of a staycation in POA!

My husband and I did a staycation at Laghetto Moinhos. It was a great location and beautiful breakfast. The concierge was really welcoming.

Typical Badly Managed Hotel

Same old story things broken or don"t work when you check in. Lobby impressive, but that is all that is impressive about this hotel. When I checked in went to the room and checked out if everything worked. As is usual 50% of the time at All hotels, the room safe did not work (this gets old). The A/C was making a lot of noise, I turned back around to the reception and asked for a different room. New room A/C and room safe worked. The rooms in this hotel are the size of IBIS rooms, except you are paying much more for a not as well maintained room. Bathroom about IBIS size excepot the shower was slightly bigger. There was no elevator to go to the dining room it was on a second floor and you had a winding stairway. I had knee surgery a few months ago and this was not fun. Limited breakfast items and they were never warm, they had no hot plates. This is an older propery which needs complete remodeling especially an accessible dining room. Also they only thing really around is a hospital, not much else. Cannot Recommend, stay at an IBIS instead for less money and more modern facilities.

Hotel bem localizado no bairro moinhos de vento , muito bonito nos fundos de uma casa antiga. Quartos confortáveis,limpos porém pequenos. Com certeza indicaria , tanto que já ficamos mais de uma vez .

Pontos positivos: localização muito boa, o bairro é uma delícia e seguro. As áreas comuns do hotel são muito charmosas. Funcionários educados e gentis. Pude antecipar meu checkin. Pontos negativos: todos os dias da minha estadia precisei validar o cartão de acesso ao quarto. Foram 4 noites. Na primeira tive que retornar a recepção pra revalidar, nos demais dias eu já testava antes de sair e revalidava ao passar pel recepção. Lençóis pequenos, embolava durante a noite. Uma toalha de rosto machada ou suja, ducha higiênica quebrada, porta do banheiro com a lingueta presa, só fechava se passasse a chave.

Não me hospedarei novamente

Encaminhei e-mail para a rede de hotéis e não tive resposta, estão registrarei aqui. Infelizmente, o hotel não possui nenhum senso de qualidade. Ao fazer o Check in, recebi duas chaves para acesso ao quarto, uma funcionava e a outra não, só descobri quando cheguei no quarto (a primeira ficou no quarto). Tive que voltar a recepção. Ao tomar café, observei que o garçom dispunha das xícaras com o dedo dentro, demonstrando falta de higiene. Observei que o lençol da cama possuía pequenos furos que poderiam ser defeito de fabricação ou algum problema na lavanderia. Apesar de ser um pecado, não foi o pior. Pela manhã ao retirar o sobre lençol (colcha) observei que o lençol estava furado pelo uso. Noutro lado estava rasgado. Por estas razões concluo que o hotel não tem o mínimo senso de qualidade, pois observei problemas em diversas áreas diferentes.
