“Advertised there was a pool as the first amenity- the indoor pool finally opened halfway through the stay but took another few days to heat up and all feels very unfinished. The outdoor pool isn’t coming until 2027!! They were still laying turf with builders all over and no loungers available for entirety of my stay. Hotel is far from finished yet Great views from the fourth floor room with terrace (but lift isn’t installed yet, so lots of stairs to climb!). Staff lovely”

“Beautiful and cozy place with everything what you need to have an amazing stay in Newquay. My room has a breathtaking view to the sea, I was amused! Delicious and healthy homemade breakfast and the owner is a lovely person who’s always there to help you. I definetely recommend you to go there! ”

Sarah is lovey, friendly and a really lovely host, however should be a little more direct and forceful of her rules ( ie check out times and parking). Parking is not the best as when full at least 2 cars will be blocked in completely - and annoyingly she kept trying to encourage me to park round the corner on the road- which I did not want to do ( hence booking a b&b with car...

“Friendly and very helpful staff. The only issues were that one of the mattresses was lumpy and needs replacing, The water pressure was low and the shower water took a bout 1/2 hour to heat up. The room was very clean with an updated shower and toilet.”

“A lovely weekend stay at the Atlantic - fab location for Fistral beach and Newquay town. Free parking is a big bonus. Very clean room and balcony view was great. Staff were super friendly and breakfast selection was excellent. Property is a little dated but so well kept - only negative was that the balcony could have benefitted from a wipe down. Would definitely stay again!”
