“The house was double booked. The leasing agent was not helpful i sent over 3hrs on the phone with them. They told me they would send an email still waiting told me they were going to call i still have not received it. I eventually told them to cancel it. This left me without a room a midnights after a long day of driving. I had an appointment the next morning. This was a nightmare. I would not book with them again.”
