“Interesting spot right near the falls and also steps from downtown strip. I think our experience could’ve been quite different if we had a different room at the facility. We were in the lower level of the separate two-story building and it was rather damp and there was literally water on the floor in the hallway seeping up through the floorboards. “It property has potential. But amenities are lacking slightly ( no coffee) The. Yard area could use some tidying . However the rooms are generally clean and the property is pleasant with potential to be great. The restaurant is quite nice and the staff friendly. I would stay again. The spot is nice .”

“The room was disgusting. We are not picky, but mould cigarettes and an unstable floor to say the least are a whole other level! The person at the desk moved us to another room which wasn't as bad, but no other room than the horror show was available for our second night and they wouldn't refund even a portion of the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND”

“Ice machine broken; vending machine empty; toilet clogged and had to ask for plunger to keep in room; only one key card provided for two people; sink didn’t hold water; no Kleenex or shampoo available; close to shoppers drug mart and Tim Hortons as no coffee pot in room ; lack of parking when we arrived back to room at 9:00 pm Pet friendly only positive”

“Had a really good experience staying here. I arrived around 2 AM, and the check-in was super quick — they gave me the room in less than 5 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the fast service, especially at such a late hour. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place.”
