“El gran problema está vez fue el check inn. Solo había una persona y tenía un desorden con las habitaciones, entregándole equivocadamente a las personas. Eran las 5:00 p.m y no tenían listas algunas habitaciones y los huespedes llegando uno tras otro. Perdimos más de 45 minutos haciéndo fila para el check inn”

My children went to get breakfast, and the staff started shooing them away very rudely; Later, a female staff member came to my room and yelled at my children and husband, telling them they shouldn't be there because their stay was over—even though it had only been about five minutes past check-out time. The bed wasn't very comfortable and had sand in it, just like the floors; there was hair on the toilet and on the bathtub walls, and the bottom of the tub...
