Vacations Close To Pont de Rennes Bridge

Was older and run down. Short staffed. We have no soap in tub when we checked in. Told the front didn't get filled until 2nd day we were there. They didn't come in everyday to make beds or change towels we left on floor as dirty

Converted public school, who knew? Very creative and wonderful furnishings. Thought the amenities were fabulous.

The person at the desk during my check-in, Jason, was professional, friendly and very welcoming. We had a couple of good laughs as he very efficiently got my room ready. The hotel is large with lots of entrances and hallways. I got a little confused about where my room was. But the room was comfortable and clean. A very good value and a very friendly staff.

It was very comfortable and convenient for our visit. The room was fresh, clean and updated. The breakfast was good and the waffles were perfect.

The lobby and rooms had an update cute appearance. Underneath this is a 1960s motel that had a minor facelift. The rooms are tiny, small sink in room with a separate toilet and shower- this area is so small you can barely fit to get into shower. We were there for four days and received no housekeeping- asked several times each day. Staff made fun of my requests out loud saying I was demanding and annoying. Mini fridge is filled to the brim with mini bar items- you need to unload all items to use fridge. Staff was beyond rude- all they wanted to do was smoke and chat on their cell phones outside and got mad and made fun of guests if asked for anything- they frequently were yelling and arguing with each other. Breakfast was granola bars and moldy fruit. Fitness room consisted of two weird- walk powered treadmills and a bike. I did not feel safe leaving belongings in the room esp with the rude and sketchy staff. Staff left every evening and returned in the morning when they felt like it- sign up to call if you needed help. Called one morning at 7:30 and got chastised. Sink in room was broken so no running water. They market themselves as a boutique high end hotel- you get what you pay for- spend a little extra and go to a normal hotel and avoid the headache. The only plus is a brand new Whole Foods across the street and other shopping nearby- room appeared fairly clean upon arrival however found salt And pepper packets all over the rig so clearly had not been vacuumed.
