Air conditioning in our first room wasn't working, and the maintenance person didn't seem to understand. However, the desk moved us to another room (for handicap guests, but no inconvenience) when the AC couldn't be fixed.

Really busy hotel. The queues for breakfast were very long with wait times up to 30 minutes. Also the gym was small for the size of hotel. Didn’t quite live up to expectations

Absolutely lovely and great location across from Golden Gate Park and around the corner from Haight Ashbury. Plenty of little shops and coffee houses in walking distance and Whole Foods!

The room felt clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The rooms were strange and quickly. The area is loud, especially since the rooms were under construction below us. Luckily they did t start until 8am. Staff was friendly.
